Job Summary

Leading two agile teams in a full-time capacity, the TechHub Manager will ensure high-quality delivery of regional customizations on global platforms while managing team performance and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and adherence to timelines while implementing and monitoring KPIs
• Directly manage Scrum Masters and Technical Product Owners, overseeing team performance and engagement
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to promote engineering productivity and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Solid experience in Information Technology and managing decentralized teams of at least 10 professionals
• Experience managing operating budgets (OPEX) and multi-team agile delivery environments
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience conducting formal performance evaluations and implementing engineering governance and delivery metrics
