Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions).

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage customer engagements to optimize their use of the company's services
  • Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
  • Preferred: 2+ years of IT-related experience with managing/enabling MDM or Identity Management Solutions
  • Familiarity with IT products such as Google and Azure
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams
