Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions).
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage customer engagements to optimize their use of the company's services
- Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices
- Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
- Preferred: 2+ years of IT-related experience with managing/enabling MDM or Identity Management Solutions
- Familiarity with IT products such as Google and Azure
- Strong project and time management skills
- Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams
