Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Engineer (TAE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring effective technical support and resolution of concerns
  • Perform troubleshooting and triage, managing issues through resolution while collaborating with engineering teams
  • Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues escalated from support teams, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Expertise in Unified Communications and Contact Center technologies, including voice and video solutions
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols, specifically SIP and H.323
  • Experience with SBC, PBX, call routing, and SIP trunking systems
  • Ability to work outside typical business hours and collaborate effectively with colleagues
