Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Engineer (TAE).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring effective technical support and resolution of concerns
- Perform troubleshooting and triage, managing issues through resolution while collaborating with engineering teams
- Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues escalated from support teams, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Expertise in Unified Communications and Contact Center technologies, including voice and video solutions
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols, specifically SIP and H.323
- Experience with SBC, PBX, call routing, and SIP trunking systems
- Ability to work outside typical business hours and collaborate effectively with colleagues
