Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in understanding best practices and maximizing the value of the platform
  • Develop customized success plans and monitor customer KPIs to ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • Engage with customers at various levels, including executives, to drive strategic initiatives and address deployment issues
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts, preferably in DevOps Engineering or SOC analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across various levels, from technical practitioners to executives
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and their applications in the secure DevOps lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
