Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Executive to guide prospects and customers through their journey with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding sales service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate product features and technical value
- Manage full-cycle sales to meet revenue targets while collaborating with various teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Experience with outbound sales, including cold calling and lead qualification
- Deep technical understanding of data integration, cloud technologies, and SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- MBA preferred but not required
