Job Summary
As a full-time Technical Account Executive working remotely, the candidate will guide customers through onboarding, simplify technical concepts, and ensure they maximize the value of Lago's open-source billing platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Become a product expert by learning Lago's documentation and functionalities
- Lead customer demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase the platform's value
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling SaaS products
- 2+ years in a role contributing to product growth and long-term impact
- Experience selling complex technical products with deep product expertise
- Familiarity with open-source software and its integration
- Ability to engage with both technical and financial buyers
