Job Summary

As a full-time Technical Account Executive working remotely, the candidate will guide customers through onboarding, simplify technical concepts, and ensure they maximize the value of Lago's open-source billing platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert by learning Lago's documentation and functionalities
  • Lead customer demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase the platform's value
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling SaaS products
  • 2+ years in a role contributing to product growth and long-term impact
  • Experience selling complex technical products with deep product expertise
  • Familiarity with open-source software and its integration
  • Ability to engage with both technical and financial buyers
