Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise prospects, the full-time remote Senior Technical Account Executive will independently scope integration workflows, conduct technical discovery, and build relationships with engineering leaders to drive sales and technical trust.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract execution
  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess prospects' data environments and integration needs
  • Create and present tailored technical demonstrations and architectural diagrams for potential clients
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or account executive roles in the SaaS or health-tech industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, X12) and EHR systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Technical fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and authentication protocols
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders
