Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time salaried Technical Account Management Lead will oversee post-sales technical partnerships for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on merchant growth and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions, ensuring proactive merchant enablement and performance measurement
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting performance metrics in complex environments
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
