Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time salaried Technical Account Management Lead will drive post-sales technical partnerships for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on merchant growth and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks connecting technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for resources and articulate strategy to leadership
