Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Technical Account Managers to drive customer adoption and success
- Champion customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance regional customer success
- Oversee the achievement of key performance indicators related to customer health and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related fields
- Knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in Customer Success or related roles
- Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations with business requirements
- Strong understanding of cloud platform features and best practices for security
