Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management for the East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Associate Technical Account Managers to drive customer adoption and success
  • Champion customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance regional customer success
  • Oversee the achievement of key performance indicators related to customer health and retention


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related fields
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud infrastructure
  • Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in Customer Success or related roles
  • Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations with business requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud platform features and best practices for security
