Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of Technical Account Managers and track their performance using Salesforce
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external customers
  • Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and collaborate with various teams for product enhancement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SLED, or SLTT
  • 3+ years of technical account management experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
