Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of Technical Account Managers and track their performance using Salesforce
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external customers
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and collaborate with various teams for product enhancement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SLED, or SLTT
- 3+ years of technical account management experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
