Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional technical support and account management
- Develop and implement scalable processes and AI-assisted workflows for managing complex enterprise accounts
- Drive data-led change by identifying organizational risks and translating insights into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a people management role with experience leading technical account managers
- Proven success in achieving technical account management goals in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical data to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in IoT, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages is preferred
