Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management (Central/Southeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth
  • Manage account escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
  • Practical understanding of cloud services and security best practices, with relevant certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
