Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management (Central/Southeast).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth
- Manage account escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
- Practical understanding of cloud services and security best practices, with relevant certifications preferred
- Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
