Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time remote Manager of Technical Account Management will ensure exceptional technical support and account management, drive data-led change, and foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing team while establishing performance benchmarks and coaching rhythms
- Develop scalable processes and AI-assisted workflows to enhance the management of complex enterprise accounts
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities, serving as the primary contact for high-priority technical escalations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a people management role with experience leading globally distributed technical account managers
- Proven success in achieving technical account management goals and maintaining high retention for enterprise customers
- Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to translate technical data into business cases for executives
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in IoT, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages
