Job Summary

Managing the Service Delivery Team, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Account Management will oversee the Technical Account Managers to ensure customer success with the Relativity suite, while providing guidance on technical policies and procedures in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Accountable for the quality of service provided and capacity planning for customer demands
  • Manage team performance towards TAM KPIs and facilitate internal service review meetings
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and drive high performance
Required qualifications
  • Knowledge of Relativity and experience in the e-discovery industry
  • Proven experience with SQL, Windows platforms, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Ability to translate technical problems for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in SaaS, IaaS, or Hybrid environments
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
