Job Summary
To support a growing technical account management team, the full-time remote Technical Account Management Manager will build a high-performance culture, engineer scalable processes, and drive data-led change while leading a globally distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team while establishing performance benchmarks
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and partner with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer feedback integration
- Apply a data-driven approach to identify risks and opportunities, serving as the primary contact for high-priority technical escalations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a people management role with experience leading technical account managers
- Proven success in maintaining high retention for enterprise-level customers in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional skills in influencing organizational levels and translating technical data into business cases
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in IoT, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages
