Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Management Public Sector and Healthcare Director in the USA.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 40+ Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in the US, focusing on customer satisfaction, productivity, training, and employee retention and growth
  • Provide senior leadership and strategy, collaborate with CC leadership peers, and act as a change agent in promoting department initiatives and innovation
  • Formulate and implement Premium Support strategy, drive overall operational excellence, and act as the ultimate point of escalation for client support issues
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Support Services, with 5+ years of management experience preferred
  • Strong technical foundation in computer networking, with experience in technical and commercial management of software support services or customer care around IT/Application services
  • Experience managing a TAM organization responsible for $300MM+ in ARR preferred
  • Overall basic understanding of Inter-networking, Security, and SAAS market
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant college education
