Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Marketing).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive comprehensive technical onboarding for strategic customers, ensuring seamless integration of marketing platform solutions
  • Orchestrate transformative onboarding experiences for franchisor and franchisee partners, leading discovery sessions and implementing marketing workflows
  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in the Marketing product suite, translating complex capabilities into actionable business value
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical marketing product management, account management, or similar customer-facing technical roles in SaaS or marketing technology
  • Proven track record of managing complex strategic customer relationships and driving technical implementations
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions
  • Experience with API integrations, software configuration, and technical problem-solving
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and technical documentation tools
