Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical account management journey for merchants and partners in North America
- Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy and risk management
- Coordinate cross-functionally to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles in fintech/payments/SaaS
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Proficiency in web fundamentals and at least one server-side language
- Exposure to databases and infrastructure basics
- Strong project management skills and fluency in English
