Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technical account management journey for merchants and partners in North America
  • Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy and risk management
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles in fintech/payments/SaaS
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals and at least one server-side language
  • Exposure to databases and infrastructure basics
  • Strong project management skills and fluency in English
