Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary customer technical contact
  • Develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support for Anthology products

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience coding with Microsoft T-SQL programming
  • Experience with OData and REST APIs
  • Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory and IIS
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
