Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer technical contact
- Develop and foster strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support for Anthology products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience coding with Microsoft T-SQL programming
- Experience with OData and REST APIs
- Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory and IIS
- Fluency in written and spoken English
