Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lifecycle of partner sites from launch through ongoing support and maintenance
Work with small- and medium-sized news publishers to migrate their sites to WordPress and launch on the Newspack platform
Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues, optimize platform features, and drive adoption of best practices in digital news publishing and monetization

Required Qualifications:

Experience running technical projects at various scales
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or missing deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Deep technical knowledge and expertise in WordPress
Passion for understanding customer needs and proposing creative solutions
