Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Account Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Technical Account Consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
  • Develop senior-level relationships with customers and serve as a point of escalation for accounts
  • Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices while optimizing team processes and culture

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in a customer-facing role
  • 3+ years of management experience in a solution-oriented customer-facing role
  • Industry experience in HR, Payroll, and/or IT preferred
  • Ruthless prioritization and time management skills
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dynamic responsibilities
