Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or related fields
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM, Service Ticketing, or Marketing Automation tools
  • Experience in explaining complex topics and providing practical guidance
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience training others in technical topics and research-focused for solutions
