Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own overall relationship with assigned large-scale clients and drive value growth and loyalty
  • Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for company products and services
  • Deliver professional and technical account management services through proactive communication, strategic advisory, and more

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience in field engineering or related roles
  • Strong application and/or Endpoint security background
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers
  • Experience with host base security solutions and multi OS support
  • Training delivery experience and previous scripting knowledge
