Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices for Ping Identity solutions
- Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership and assist in planning roll-outs and upgrades
- Engage in escalation and prioritization of support tickets, provide product demonstrations, and manage ongoing customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years' enterprise customer facing experience
- Experience with Identity Access Management solutions
- Experience with Java, web technologies, and CRM systems
- General networking knowledge and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
