Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for Ping Identity solutions
  • Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership and assist in planning roll-outs and upgrades
  • Engage in escalation and prioritization of support tickets, provide product demonstrations, and manage ongoing customer needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years' enterprise customer facing experience
  • Experience with Identity Access Management solutions
  • Experience with Java, web technologies, and CRM systems
  • General networking knowledge and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
