Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account Management and engineering teams to design and implement client solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Establish strong customer relationships and consult on their technical needs and challenges
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in retail
  • Experience with project management software such as Basecamp, Asana, or Jira
  • Technical knowledge of integrations, data feeds, and working with APIs
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Web Services, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and IP-based protocols
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
