Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Management and engineering teams to design and implement client solutions
- Provide technical support and training to customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Establish strong customer relationships and consult on their technical needs and challenges
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical support within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in retail
- Experience with project management software such as Basecamp, Asana, or Jira
- Technical knowledge of integrations, data feeds, and working with APIs
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Web Services, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and IP-based protocols
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
