Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Technical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Manager and Relationship Manager to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Oversee high-quality ticket and incident resolutions, ensuring prompt and efficient support for client partners
  • Support the implementation of technical enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while monitoring project progress
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in a SaaS environment as a Technical Account Manager
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in generating client workflows and aligning cross-functional departments
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software or networking equipment
  • Technically minded with a commitment to continuous learning of new technologies
