Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Technical.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Account Manager and Relationship Manager to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Oversee high-quality ticket and incident resolutions, ensuring prompt and efficient support for client partners
- Support the implementation of technical enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while monitoring project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 4 - 6 years' experience in a SaaS environment as a Technical Account Manager
- 2 - 4 years' experience in generating client workflows and aligning cross-functional departments
- 2 - 4 years' experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software or networking equipment
- Technically minded with a commitment to continuous learning of new technologies
