Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding products and implementation schedules
  • Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services and manage customer relationships
  • Assist in Pre-Sales activities by analyzing prospects' business and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management
  • Experience leading delivery projects with successful outcomes in identity transformation programs
  • Professional experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • Experience managing multiple projects and planning resources effectively
  • Familiarity with web technologies and identity management systems is a plus
