Job Summary
A company is looking for an IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding products and implementation schedules
- Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services and manage customer relationships
- Assist in Pre-Sales activities by analyzing prospects' business and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management
- Experience leading delivery projects with successful outcomes in identity transformation programs
- Professional experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator
- Experience managing multiple projects and planning resources effectively
- Familiarity with web technologies and identity management systems is a plus
