Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices to customers
• Contribute to sessions that help customers maximize the value of the platform
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
• Willingness to learn about cloud and cybersecurity technologies
• Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
