Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work directly with clients and support their technical needs while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for tagging processes and products
• Manage multiple digital campaigns, ensuring correct output and performance analysis
• Assist clients with implementing and troubleshooting Nielsen tags on their digital advertising campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or 2+ years of comparable work experience
• Proficient knowledge of ad serving, basic HTML, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google tool suite; Salesforce experience preferred
• Proven record of delivering quality results on time
• Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
