Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strategic relationships with federal customers and ensure their success with the company's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers planning changes or enabling new capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree and US Citizenship required
  • 5+ years of experience in a related function, preferably in the federal sector
  • Previous technical support and sales engineering or technical account management experience
  • Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
