Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Majors & Enterprise (Northeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices while serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineering
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with preferred CSP level certifications
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and drive customer success
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
