Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main technical liaison for clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical audiences and manage client communication
  • Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows while troubleshooting complex data issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving direct client interaction
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms like Snowflake and Redshift
  • Proficient in Python and its data stack (pandas, numpy, etc.) and deep experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and familiarity with Agile project management tools
