Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive success for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop retention and growth strategies for existing accounts
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for high-value customers and guide best practices
  • Engage proactively in customer planning sessions and partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise deployments
  • Knowledge of cloud and web-related technologies, with proficiency in cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.) and basic scripting languages (Python, Ruby)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred
