Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new features
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying additional use cases
  • Conduct regular meetings and manage feature requests and escalations from customers
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within software and/or technology
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols and basic data formats and structures
  • Knowledge of networking topology, endpoint security technologies, and cloud security principles
  • Basic understanding of Python
  • Experience with customer-focused approaches and ownership of customer results
