Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, PEO Mid Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, becoming a subject matter expert across the platform
  • Provide proactive technical consultation to optimize customer workflows and increase feature adoption
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for critical customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Proven subject matter expertise in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or IT
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Passion for training both customers and internal teams
  • Experience at a technology-focused PEO or HRIS company is a plus
