Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, PEO Mid Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, becoming a subject matter expert across the platform
- Provide proactive technical consultation to optimize customer workflows and increase feature adoption
- Serve as a primary escalation point for critical customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role at a SaaS company
- Proven subject matter expertise in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or IT
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Passion for training both customers and internal teams
- Experience at a technology-focused PEO or HRIS company is a plus
