Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions in OnePlan and the Microsoft Power Platform based on customer needs
- Build and configure workflows, components, and reports to support customer objectives
- Identify and resolve technical barriers to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Experience in Project Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational work planning and delivery
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer engagements
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in building relationships and supporting customers throughout their journey
