Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable solutions in OnePlan and the Microsoft Power Platform based on customer needs
  • Build and configure workflows, components, and reports to support customer objectives
  • Identify and resolve technical barriers to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational work planning and delivery
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer engagements
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in building relationships and supporting customers throughout their journey
