Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work with clients to ensure successful implementation and optimization of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients' identity and security needs
  • Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership and assist in planning platform roll-outs and upgrades
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' enterprise customer-facing experience in a relevant role
  • Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation
  • Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
