Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work with clients to ensure successful implementation and optimization of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients' identity and security needs
- Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership and assist in planning platform roll-outs and upgrades
- Engage with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' enterprise customer-facing experience in a relevant role
- Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies
- Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation
- Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
