Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their technical environments and advise on solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison, resolving complex issues and advocating for client needs
  • Conduct technical health assessments and lead discussions to maximize product utilization and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing technical security role
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR
  • Technical knowledge in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
  • Preferred certifications include Security+, PMP, or equivalent
