Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and video/audio collaboration space
  • Partner closely with the customer account team to drive and strengthen customer relationships
  • Manage technical feature requests and develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
  • Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
  • Experience with video conferencing and UC tools like Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft Lync
  • Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
  • Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
