Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and video/audio collaboration space
- Partner closely with the customer account team to drive and strengthen customer relationships
- Manage technical feature requests and develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
- Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience with video conferencing and UC tools like Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft Lync
- Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
- Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
