Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship post-sale as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts
  • Build and deploy AI-powered growth workflows to solve customer problems and accelerate time-to-value
  • Drive adoption and usage expansion by identifying opportunities and aligning AI workflows to business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers in complex environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or workflow automation platforms
  • Strong builder mindset with the ability to prototype and iterate in relevant platforms
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into customer workflows and prompt engineering
