Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisory for assigned client accounts
- Monitor client health signals and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Proven track record in managing escalations and technical relationships with clients
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of auditing processes is preferred
- Experience supporting multiple clients and products of varying complexity is preferred
