Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical advisory for assigned client accounts
  • Monitor client health signals and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve client onboarding


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record in managing escalations and technical relationships with clients
  • Basic understanding of ticketing systems and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of auditing processes is preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple clients and products of varying complexity is preferred
