Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clients and manage technical impacts in collaboration with the Customer Support Manager
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery by working closely with GTS teams and managing IT relationships
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Security team and maintain customer satisfaction regarding technology solutions and service performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in technical SaaS implementations in large, complex information systems environments
  • Project experience with environments containing cardholder data and personal identifiable information (PII)
  • Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Experience across the entire technology stack including server, database, network, and storage is ideal
