Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customers in their adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement structured, scalable solutions in OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem based on customer goals
  • Build and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance customer experience
  • Identify and resolve technical barriers to ensure smooth customer engagement and platform utilization
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational work planning and delivery
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in building customer relationships throughout their journey from adoption to long-term success
