Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customer business objectives and success through managed services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and daily interactions with Managed Services Engineers and Consultants
- Oversee service delivery to ensure IT services meet or exceed service levels and resolve issues promptly
- Identify customer service opportunities and manage technical resources while serving as an escalation point for support requests
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in IT customer account management, managed services, or project management
- Experience working in large remote teams and managing multiple complex projects
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM and helpdesk systems; knowledge of Microsoft tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred
