Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customer business objectives and success through managed services offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and daily interactions with Managed Services Engineers and Consultants
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure IT services meet or exceed service levels and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify customer service opportunities and manage technical resources while serving as an escalation point for support requests
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in IT customer account management, managed services, or project management
  • Experience working in large remote teams and managing multiple complex projects
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM and helpdesk systems; knowledge of Microsoft tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred
