Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Lead scope development and proposal creation, collaborating with internal teams
- Track and manage project renewals, contract extensions, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Three or more years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience creating scopes of work (SOWs) and technical service documentation
- Strong understanding of IT services, cybersecurity services, or consulting environments
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
