Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day account management and client interactions, handling routine technical support issues
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as the first point of service escalation
  • Participate in QBRs, conduct wellness checks, and review/approve billing and other financial documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical account management or related fields
  • Proven track record of solving technical problems
  • Basic knowledge of SEC regulations and electronic filing requirements
  • Familiarity with XBRL dependencies within specific Arc Suite platforms
  • Basic technical acumen and product knowledge
