Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Lead - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day account management and client interactions, handling routine technical support issues
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as the first point of service escalation
- Participate in QBRs, conduct wellness checks, and review/approve billing and other financial documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical account management or related fields
- Proven track record of solving technical problems
- Basic knowledge of SEC regulations and electronic filing requirements
- Familiarity with XBRL dependencies within specific Arc Suite platforms
- Basic technical acumen and product knowledge
