Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory Services Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer business objectives and workloads with Boomi
  • Identify and address technical opportunities and concerns while aligning delivery to customer priorities
  • Lead regular technical business reviews and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5+ years' experience in supporting enterprise software applications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Technical Account management role
  • Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and Application Integration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and software architecture
  • Ability to communicate complex technical matters to diverse audiences
