Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisory Services Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer business objectives and workloads with Boomi
- Identify and address technical opportunities and concerns while aligning delivery to customer priorities
- Lead regular technical business reviews and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5+ years' experience in supporting enterprise software applications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Technical Account management role
- Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and Application Integration
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and software architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters to diverse audiences
