Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will oversee and deliver the full spectrum of product and services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools for campaign performance analysis and strategy optimization
  • Prioritize customer success by providing high-quality support and delivery
  • Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating with clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with strong client communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
  • 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting, focusing on enterprise accounts
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and working SQL knowledge for analytics support
  • Strong project management skills for planning and executing projects from start to finish
