Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will oversee and deliver a range of product and service offerings while executing complex projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including contract discussions and budget management
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with experience in leading client conversations
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead or Technical Account Manager
  • 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency, focusing on enterprise accounts
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong project management skills for planning and executing projects from start to finish
